Scott Balfanz, President

In 1989, when Scott founded Western Aero, his goal was to supply the industry with superior quality parts while maintaining impeccable customer service and forming long-lasting partnerships with customers. Those values remain fundamental to Western Aero today. Scott’s leadership for the past two decades has resulted in the addition of a Repair facility and numerous awards and accreditations.

Kim Balfanz, President of Western Aero Repair Inc.

Through her work for commercial carriers and co-ownership of her own firm, Kim spearheaded efforts that allowed her to establish Western Aero Repair. Her dedication to integrating state-of-the-art technology with craftsmanship are solid principles that Repair makes a commitment to in each and every project.
