At Western Aero, every member of our team is responsible for continuously upgrading the quality of our products and services.
Each of us follows our company’s detailed quality procedures manual – a document that helps us ensure our products and services meet or exceed all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and Aviation Suppliers Association (ASA) requirements.
Just as important, we make sure we meet all of your requirements. We are committed to inspect and overhaul every part as it comes in before it is listed as part of our inventory rather than after it's ordered. You will know the source of all the parts we provide you, and that all of those parts are authorized. No exceptions.
Our quality control program assures that:
- Each inspector is overseen by a certified A & P license holder
- Written procedures are vigorously followed
- All parts are inspected for workmanship and documentation (FAA Form 8130-3, teardown, material certifications, PMA approval, etc.)
- Annual reviews of our repair facility (and any to which we outsource)
are performed by one of the following methods:
- Desktop audits
- Regular on-site visits of subcontractors by Western Aero management
