Project Management
Through our in-house repair services, we oversee and manage your part every step
of the way to assure that you get the quality you deserve. This includes:
- Extending all warranties from our vendors to you
- Monitoring the status of every repair order and issuing you alerts as needed
- Maintaining detailed records of every order for a minimum of seven years
And if for some reason, we can’t perform the work on-site, we have developed an exclusive network of FAA Part 145-approved partners to handle plating, non-destructive testing, shot peening and more.
Quality
All repairs and overhauls are FAA- and EASA-approved,
and include an 8130 certificate, tear down and a one year parts and labor
guarantee.

CASE STUDY: Un-repairable isn't in our vocabulary
The caller asked if we could overhaul a Boeing 707 fillet flap used on the United States Air Force JSTARS aircraft. We were told there was a tight schedule and the flap was slightly damaged. Upon acceptance and closer inspection, it was determined that several parts were severely damaged or missing.
